Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads through research, cold calling, and social media.
  • Qualify Potential Clients and understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams to drive growth.
  • Track Metrics to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Maintain CRM records to streamline follow-ups and communication.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Additional Traits:
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
