About the Role

Sky Radiant is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executives to support our US freight brokerage marketing and lead generation operations. This role is perfect for fresh graduates looking to start a rewarding career in international sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and outreach for US-based clients
• Communicate with potential leads via calls & emails (US market)
• Maintain CRM data and follow-up pipelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client acquisition and onboarding
• Understand US freight brokerage operations to align with client requirements
• Contribute to business growth through consistent performance and target achievement

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
