Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the IT and service-based industry to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demos.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and meet monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in IT and service-based business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
