The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting homeowners/commercial clients, building relationships, and promoting rooftop solar solutions. The BDE will support the sales team by creating opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, and local networking.
  • Identify potential customers needing residential or small commercial rooftop solar.
  • Explain basic features of solar systems, subsidy benefits, net metering, and installation process.
  • Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales/senior technical team.
  • Maintain daily lead entries in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for local campaigns, banners, and society outreach programs.
  • Support in proposal follow-up, document collection, and initial customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets.
  • Build strong relationships with housing societies, electricians, architects, and local influencers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar rooftop products (training will be provided).
  • Field-ready and target-driven.
  • Strong networking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years experience in sales or business development in solar company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
