Key Responsibilities

Process & Review

· To generate lead and share with backend team.

· To take follow ups on enquiries related to lead generation process from various sources.

· To work on data collection and data presentation.

· To prepare quotation and finalize them.

· To review the quotations sent to customers.

· To play a vital role in helping and monitoring negotiations with customers.

· To work on expansion of domain and analyse market trends to forecast market.

· To evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.

· To present sales, revenue and expense reports monthly and annually.

· To communicate marketing strategies with finance and production department.

· To generate sales and leads from different sources like digital marketing, direct approach, or other sources.

· To provide data to HOD.

Customer Delight

· To give regular visits to customers, potential and regular.

· To build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relations.

· To handle customer complaints properly.

Engagement, Rewards

· To maintain healthy, motivating & synergetic environment in the organization.

· To participate in employee engagement activities like conducting themes, spot recognition, grievance handling and rewards based on monthly performance.

Expected Qualification for This Position

· MBA Marketing

· Any Graduation

· MBA - Marketing – 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
