Job Description – Hospital Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify lead in Hospitals entire Vadodara and convert in to Business.
  • Prepare sales Pipeline and sales funnel for better forecasting of sale.
  • Present list of companies what we can offer and also explain about our group with Hospital
  • presentation in order to increase brand equity in market.
  • Build relationship with target audience like pharmacy manager or purchase officer.
  • Closely work with Medical reps in order to generate more sales and revenue.
  • Prepare MIS and present in front of management on regular basis.
  • Keep track on outstanding and work closely with accounts team.
  • Co-ordinate with depot heads and delivery head, Supervisor.
  • Plan delivery route for better service.
  • Analyze stock availability and work closely with Procurement team.
  • Any added support if required.

Role Requirements: Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred in institutional or hospital sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.

Annual CTC: Up to 3-3.5 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
