Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage client relationships, communication, and follow-ups
  • Handle end-to-end processes related to partnerships and operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support negotiations, deal closures, and onboarding
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Ensure operational efficiency and process compliance

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Handling / Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and execution focus
  • Basic analytical skills with comfort in handling data and reports
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
