Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
This role requires someone who understands international markets, can generate and qualify leads independently, and collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize email outreach campaigns for lead generation and client acquisition
- Manage and scale LinkedIn outreach strategies (organic and tool-based) to connect with decision-makers
- Research, identify, and qualify high-quality B2B leads across multiple industries
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups
- Personalize outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates
- Coordinate with marketing, SEO, PPC, and web teams to align service offerings with client needs
- Conduct discovery calls and initial client discussions to understand business requirements
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and service recommendations in coordination with leadership
- Track outreach performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages in CRM tools
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, outreach tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or lead generation within a digital marketing agency
- Strong hands-on experience with email campaigns, cold emailing, and drip sequences
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation tools
- Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, Canada, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to craft compelling outreach copies and value-driven pitches
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Tools & Experience (Nice to Have)
- Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.)
- LinkedIn automation tools (Waalaxy, Expandi, Phantombuster, etc.)
- Lead research tools (Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, Upwork, LinkedIn)
- Experience closing deals for digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Web Development, Social Media, or Content Marketing
