Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (EdTech Sales) to engage with students and institutions, counsel interested learners, and drive admissions. This role focuses on relationship-building, counselling, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and explain our courses to students and educational institutions.
• Counsel students regarding course options, career relevance, and learning paths.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, placement officers, and student groups.
• Participate in online webinars, workshops, and awareness activities.
• Drive course enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Keep records of student interactions and conversions.
• Share market feedback for continuous improvement of course offerings.

Who Can Apply

• Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in education counselling, sales, institutional outreach, or EdTech (preferred, not mandatory).
• Freshers with interest in sales + education are welcome.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable communicating with students and institutions remotely.
