  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for 3M India products across government and institutional sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and other institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably with government clients.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the GeM portal and government procurement processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
