Job description : Business Development Executive
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and nurturing leads.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Present company products/services and assist in proposal and pricing discussions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and closures.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
Required Candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role within the IT / Web Hosting / Cloud industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT sales cycle and ability to identify business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
- Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
- Web Hosting/IT industry preferred*
