Job description : Business Development Executive

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and nurturing leads.
  • Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Present company products/services and assist in proposal and pricing discussions.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and closures.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.

Required Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role within the IT / Web Hosting / Cloud industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT sales cycle and ability to identify business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
  • Web Hosting/IT industry preferred*
