*Job Description*:-Seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting.

*What You Be Doing*

=>Call potential international clients to explain our services.

=>Build good relationships by understanding the client's needs and offering the right solutions.

=>Follow up regularly with leads and keep records updated.

=>Handle client questions and concerns confidently.

=>Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and happy clients after the sale.

*Eligibility Criteria*:

=>Minimum Qualification: Graduation

=>Experienced candidates in international Sales are preferred.

=>Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

=>Candidates with a technical background (IT/Web/Digital knowledge) are highly recommended.

=>Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
