We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and a proven ability to build relationships with clients, generate leads, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT products or solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B technology sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling ERP, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital sales techniques.
  • Existing client network in the IT or corporate sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,876.03 per month
