Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the Hyderabad region. The role focuses on sales growth, dealer and channel partner development, customer coordination, and market expansion. The candidate should have experience in the Fall Protection / Safety Manufacturing industry to understand product applications, industry regulations, and end-user requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to Head Office without fail
• Prepare and follow a monthly sales visit plan
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Develop and appoint dealers and distributors in the Hyderabad region
• Establish at least one channel partner in assigned territories
• Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers

Marketing & Market Intelligence

• Identify new business opportunities in the market
• Monitor competitors, industry leaders, and market trends
• Share information on new products, technologies, and innovative ideas with Head Office

Installation Coordination

• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely completion of installations
• Support development of new installers and fabricators

Customer Service & Payment Follow-up

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
• Coordinate for timely payment collection
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Experience in Fall Protection / Safety Manufacturing Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to use the internet for market research and data collection
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate data entry
• Basic understanding of technical product details
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
