Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales strategy, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales/business development.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
