Job Description
- Meet architects and consultants to specify products and maintain strong relationships through frequent visits.
- Meet higher authorities of organizations and projects for product presentations and specifications.
- Visit project sites to get a firsthand understanding of site conditions.
- Generate enquiries through cold calls and area mapping within the respective region.
- Develop new customers and areas while managing existing customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers and clients, ensuring effective lead conversion into sales.
- Develop and implement sales plans while overseeing all sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company on a quarterly basis.
- Highlight the unique features of the products to potential customers to ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide additional reports as required by the reporting manager.
Required Candidate Profile
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the door industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Candidates from other industries with a flair for field sales are welcome.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
