Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

  • Meet architects and consultants to specify products and maintain strong relationships through frequent visits.
  • Meet higher authorities of organizations and projects for product presentations and specifications.
  • Visit project sites to get a firsthand understanding of site conditions.
  • Generate enquiries through cold calls and area mapping within the respective region.
  • Develop new customers and areas while managing existing customer relationships.
  • Acquire new customers and clients, ensuring effective lead conversion into sales.
  • Develop and implement sales plans while overseeing all sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company on a quarterly basis.
  • Highlight the unique features of the products to potential customers to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide additional reports as required by the reporting manager.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the door industry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Candidates from other industries with a flair for field sales are welcome.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Location

  • Madhapur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Field sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English, Hindi & Telugu (Required)
