Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients (interior designers, architects, real estate professionals).
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Pitch Fucharmonk’s digital marketing services confidently and professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
  • Follow up with prospects and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with company offerings, pricing, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / BBA graduate or pursuing final year.
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client handling.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
