Business Development Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Skills Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
  • Good presentation and client-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
