Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Intern (Remote)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales & Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This is a fully remote role where you will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and revenue operations.

This internship is performance-driven and designed for individuals who want real exposure to business growth.

Internship Structure

Month 1: Unpaid training & evaluation period

From Month 2 onwards: ₹10,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other channels

Initiate conversations and qualify prospects

Schedule meetings and support the sales pipeline

Maintain CRM and outreach trackers

Assist in proposal creation and follow-ups

Research new business opportunities and partnerships

Support marketing-driven lead generation campaigns

Requirements

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Confident, target-oriented mindset

Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups

Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setup

Basic understanding of sales or business development is a plus

Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Sheets/CRM tools preferred
