Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote aviation training programs, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners. The candidate will play a key role in expanding enrolments and increasing brand visibility of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

Student Admissions & Lead Conversion

  • Counsel prospective students and parents about aviation career opportunities and training programs
  • Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, email and social media leads
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
  • Maintain daily lead and admission reports in CRM/Excel
  • Conduct campus tours and program presentations

Marketing & Promotion

  • Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres and conduct career guidance seminars
  • Organize admission campaigns, open houses and promotional events
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead generation activities
  • Promote courses through social media and local marketing initiatives

Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

  • Develop partnerships with schools, educational institutions and consultancies
  • Build relationships with travel agencies, airports and aviation stakeholders for collaboration opportunities
  • Participate in education fairs and career expos

Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly admission targets
  • Suggest new marketing strategies to increase enrolment
  • Track competitor activities and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
  • 1–5 years’ experience in education counselling / admissions / sales
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam
  • Looking for an immediate joiner who can join

Location: Calicut

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
