The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving sales of IT hardware products including laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers in the B2B and B2C segments.
- Use cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Sell laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and other IT hardware products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
- Stay updated with the latest IT hardware products, specifications, and trends.
- Recommend appropriate products and configurations based on client needs.
- Quotations & Negotiations
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals profitably.
Market Analysis & Feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing team for improvement.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
