Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Market | Night Shift

About Us:

SourceTeK (A Portfolio Company of Services Tree) We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our recruitment services to US clients during their business hours. This role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and closing recruitment service contracts with US companies.

Location & Schedule

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US Business Hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Outreach:

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily to potential US clients
• Promote SourceTeK's recruitment and staffing services to US businesses
• Engage with HR managers, hiring managers, and business decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
• Present recruitment solutions and explain our service offerings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Business Development:

• Understand client hiring needs and pain points
• Convert leads into closed recruitment service contracts
• Meet and exceed monthly call volume and conversion targets
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily performance reports
• Follow up persistently with prospects

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)
• Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• High energy and resilience to handle rejection
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working US night shift hours
