Business Development Executive (Dubai - Al Karama)

Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Dubai Al Karama branch. This is a telesales-focused role aimed at increasing admissions and managing relationships with existing students.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Call provided data to convert leads into admissions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments.
• Conduct follow-ups on potential leads and guide them through the admission process.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and admissions using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
