Business Development Executive (Dubai Properties)

Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Specialist to handle sales of Dubai real estate properties for Pakistani and international investors. The role focuses on lead handling, client qualification, and closing or coordinating meetings with the Dubai-based sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up on leads interested in Dubai properties
  • Qualify clients based on investment needs and budget
  • Present property options and investment opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with Dubai office sales consultants
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai properties preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in tele-sales / remote sales
  • Ability to understand client investment goals
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Prior experience selling Dubai off-plan projects
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate market
  • CRM handling experience
  • English & Urdu fluency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
