Business Development Executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to grow our recruitment agency’s client base. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and generating manpower requirements across blue- and white-collar positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment services
• Pitch recruitment solutions to companies across various industries
• Generate job requirements and close service agreements
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (recruitment/HR consultancy preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UAE manpower market is an advantage
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in blue-collar & white-collar hiring
• Existing client database is a plus
• UAE driving license (optional but preferred)
