Business Development Executive – Fit-Out & Real Estate

We are hiring Business Development Executive for a reputed client in Dubai.

Role: Manage sales, client relations, and procurement, with exposure to fit-out projects, design, project management, and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads & convert RFQs into orders
• Drive sales for fit-out projects, real estate, and development works
• Manage procurement from sourcing to delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track and update opportunities in Zoho ERP

Requirements:

• UAE resident with valid driver’s license & own vehicle
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years in experience in General Trading/Fit-out/ Real Estate sector
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Malayalam preferred.
