Business Development Executive (Freelance Bidder)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be 2-3 yrs experienced responsible for generating business opportunities by bidding on online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar websites. You will play a key role in writing technical proposals on Custom Software Development (Java, MERN, MEAN, PHP Laravel, etc) and CRM solutions (Salesforce, Odoo, GHL, etc). Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms.
• Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for future opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in the freelance marketplace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a freelance bidder or in a similar role.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to research and understand client needs and project requirements.
• Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
