Job Overview

Truckoom is hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive – UAE Market to generate leads and close deals with UAE clients. The ideal candidate must have experience in Gulf market sales and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market
  • Conduct sales presentations and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage and update CRM pipeline

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (UAE/Gulf preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools
  • Arabic is a plus
