Business Development Executive – Last Mile Delivery

Job Summary

Z Plus Limousine, a growing transport and logistics company in Dubai, is looking for a Business Development Executive to bring last-mile delivery business to the company. The role focuses on acquiring delivery contracts, courier partnerships, and e-commerce clients to expand our last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and bring last-mile delivery business to the company
• Acquire delivery contracts from:
• E-commerce companies
• Courier & logistics companies
• Restaurants & retail stores
• Warehouses and distributors
• Develop partnerships with companies requiring regular or bulk deliveries
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
• Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
• Maintain client database and basic sales reports
• Coordinate with operations team for execution of delivery services

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development / sales
• Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, courier, transport, or e-commerce preferred
• Strong network and ability to bring ready business leads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• UAE market knowledge is mandatory
• Candidates currently in the UAE will be preferred
