IN OFFICE JOB - 2:00 PM to 11:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital marketing/IT solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospect qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Track and report outreach performance, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in a digital marketing/IT services company).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English; other languages a plus).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold calling techniques.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
