Business Development Executive – Lead Conversion & Cold Calling

Lahore, Pakistan

IN OFFICE JOB - 2:00 PM to 11:00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital marketing/IT solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospect qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns.
  • Track and report outreach performance, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in a digital marketing/IT services company).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English; other languages a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold calling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
