We are looking for a driven & outgoing Business Development Executive or Manager who is passionate about building new client relationships and bringing in new logos, specifically targeting the SME market. You will play a key role in expanding our client base for our IT managed services, cybersecurity offerings and web/app development services.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

  • Identify and engage with potential SME clients to understand their technology and security needs
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships focused on delivering value from day one
  • Present and promote Goaco’s managed IT, cybersecurity and enterprise-grade development services
  • Work closely with our onsite technical team to align client requirements with tailored solutions
  • Actively contribute to developing and executing our business development strategy
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in IT managed services, cybersecurity or enterprise-grade development (web or mobile)
  • Strong understanding of the SME market and what drives decision-making
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for creating long-term value for clients
