- Studying and understanding all facets of the media products and services being offered by INDEX Media.
- Approaching potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
- Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

- Detail’s pricing and negotiates costs when necessary.
- Facilitating successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company.
- Entering all the leads in company CRM such a Maestro on a regular basis.
- Tracking every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time.
- Working to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
- Traveling to see clients, attending tradeshows, or participating in industry events or trainings.
- Performing other duties as may occur and as instructed by the Manager.
