  • Studying and understanding all facets of the media products and services being offered by INDEX Media.
  • Approaching potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide] trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale.
  • Explaining the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients.
  • Detail’s pricing and negotiates costs when necessary.
  • Facilitating successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company.
  • Entering all the leads in company CRM such a Maestro on a regular basis.
  • Tracking every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time.
  • Working to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
  • Traveling to see clients, attending tradeshows, or participating in industry events or trainings.
  • Performing other duties as may occur and as instructed by the Manager.
  • Adhering to INDEX’s rules and regulations; written or implied and any changes or introductions, which may vary from time to time as deemed appropriate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Excellent team management skills.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
