Position Title: Business Development Executive / Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Officer to support our growing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s business development and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate and manage leads through various channels including networking and digital platforms
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain sales pipeline, client communication records, and opportunity tracking
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, and brand promotion activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh – 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Good understanding of sales processes and market research
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
