Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Fleekbiz is looking for sales-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (Upwork) .


Responsibilities:

  • Technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for Marketing, Web, Apps, branding, Design projects.
  • Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks.
  • Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
  • Respond to incoming requests for information RFIs, and Requests for proposals RFPs In an effective and efficient manner.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify Upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database.
  • Attend regular sales standups initiated by leads/managers.
  • Update Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure the successful completion.
  • Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies.



Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Relevant Upwork Experience.
  • O/A Levels, Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in writing business Proposals and cover letters for Social Media Marketing projects.
  • A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for animation and branding projects.
  • Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.
  • Provide solutions to creative/brand and digital marketing-related queries of other sales team members.
