Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Fleekbiz is looking for sales-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (Upwork) .

Responsibilities:

• Technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for Marketing, Web, Apps, branding, Design projects.
  
• Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks.
  
• Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
  
• Respond to incoming requests for information RFIs, and Requests for proposals RFPs In an effective and efficient manner.
  
• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify Upsell opportunities.
  
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database.
  
• Attend regular sales standups initiated by leads/managers.
  
• Update Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
  
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure the successful completion.
  
• Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of Relevant Upwork Experience.

O/A Levels, Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in writing business Proposals and cover letters for Social Media Marketing projects.

A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for animation and branding projects.

Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.

Provide solutions to creative/brand and digital marketing-related queries of other sales team members.
