Business Development Executive (Upwork + Client Acquisition)

We are a growing software house looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us generate leads, close clients, and bring projects through platforms like Upwork.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

- Manage and optimize Upwork profile for project acquisition

- Write proposals and bid on relevant projects

- Communicate with clients and convert leads into sales

- Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, business development, or Upwork bidding

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

- Basic understanding of software/web development services (preferred)
