Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team for our US campaign. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating sales, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively discover and pursue new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and outreach.
- Negotiate deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and address concerns professionally.
- Attract new clients by innovating and managing the sales process.
- Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Think creatively to meet targets with a go-getter, leadership-driven attitude.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (listening & speaking) are mandatory.
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role (call center/BPO experience is a plus).
- Previous experience with international campaigns will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles (Intermediate level or above).

- Shift: Night (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Location: Lahore (must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work)
