Business Development Executive – US Campaign

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team for our US campaign. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating sales, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively discover and pursue new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Negotiate deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and address concerns professionally.
  • Attract new clients by innovating and managing the sales process.
  • Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • Think creatively to meet targets with a go-getter, leadership-driven attitude.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (listening & speaking) are mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role (call center/BPO experience is a plus).
  • Previous experience with international campaigns will be highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles (Intermediate level or above).
  • Fresh candidates with outstanding English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Night (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Location: Lahore (must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work)
  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site, not remote)
