We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive-Upwork to join our sales team and help generate potential leads for our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.
  • Leverage a strong knowledge of the Upwork platform to identify opportunities.
  • Tackle clients professionally, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
  • Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
  • Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in generating leads, crafting proposals, and bidding on projects

Salary: 70k-120k

Timing: (6pm-3am) or (9pm to 6am)
Days:Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
