We are looking for a
motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms

Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

6 months – 2 years of experience in business development or sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms

Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools

Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills
