Business Development (Female) - Navigator HR

Our client Navigator HR is looking for Business Development in Lahore.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and target-driven


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Software services industry
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and bidding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
