Job Title: Business Development Executive – Printing, Production & Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to expand our client base across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Hospitality businesses in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for printing, production, branding, and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and hospitality businesses daily
• Generate new leads and convert them into clients
• Promote company services including:
• Printing (Menus, Flyers, Brochures, Cards, Stickers, etc.)
• Packaging (Boxes, Bags, Labels, Custom Packaging)
• Branding & Production (Signage, Displays, Promotional Materials)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with production and design teams for order execution
• Maintain daily visit reports and client database

Requirements

• Must have Valid Qatar Driving License
• Must have Own Car (Preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales/business development experience
• Experience in printing, advertising, packaging, or hospitality sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Knowledge of Qatar hospitality market is an advantage
