Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our Business Development team in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales support activities. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to IT sales, client handling, and business growth strategies in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying new business opportunities through online research.

Support lead generation and maintain basic sales pipeline records.

Assist in client follow-ups via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or calls.

Help draft proposals, pitch decks, and basic sales documents.

Coordinate with internal technical and design teams for information gathering.

Prepare meeting notes and assist in documentation.

Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls.

Update CRM or tracking sheets (training will be provided).

Assist in RFP/RFQ preparation under supervision.

Learn about IT services, software development, SaaS, and digital solutions.

Prepare weekly progress reports for the BD team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, CS, Marketing, or related field.

Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and basic writing skills.

Willingness to learn and strong follow-up attitude.

Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Interest in sales, business development, or IT industry.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Basic knowledge of sales or marketing concepts.

Familiarity with LinkedIn or online research tools.

Presentation-making skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).

Good organizational and research skills.
