TEKXAI is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Developer Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of online business development, particularly in IT industry

This internship focuses on Upwork bidding and client acquisition strategies, providing complete training from basics to advanced techniques.

What You Will Learn:

• Proposal writing techniques
• Client communication and handling
• Lead generation and conversion
• Market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English preferred)
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (a plus)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of using AI.
• Ability to work in night shift
