Key Accountabilities:
Daily Sales Report

Pull raw sales data from system

Clean and validate data (fix naming, remove duplicates, match SKU codes to master)

Prepare daily sales report by sector, brand, and price point — covering MTD vs FCST, achievement %, and gap identification
-
Track regional performance across 8 warehouses
-
Flag underperforming SKUs, zero-stock items, and near-expiry risk
-
Distribute report to relevant stakeholders
Market Monitoring & Research
-
Track competitor activity, pricing moves, and new launches
-
Monitor market trends and customer insights
Sales Performance Review
-
Identify gaps and opportunities from daily sales data
-
Escalate critical issues (stock-outs, demand spikes, production gaps)
Cross-Department Coordination
-
Align daily with Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales on operational issues
-
Follow up on pending actions from other functions
Business Strategy Review

Assess brand performance against KPIs (ND%, WD%, ROS, Market Share, Margin)
-
Classify brands as GROW / FIX / KILL with supporting data
Forecasting Support
-
Work with Demand Planning and Finance to align volume and revenue targets
-
Participate in S&OP cycle and provide category input
Pricing & Profitability Analysis

Evaluate price point mix and margin optimization across the portfolio

Monitor price architecture by brand and SKU
Competitor Benchmarking

Conduct in-depth competitor analysis (share, pricing, distribution)

Recommend positioning adjustments
New Product Planning & Execution

Collaborate with Marketing on product launches and improvements
-
Track launch KPIs post-execution
Market Expansion

Identify distribution gaps by region and channel
-
Develop proposals for coverage expansion
Performance Reporting

Prepare monthly business performance presentations

Compile data for management reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
-
2–4 years' experience in BD, sales planning, or commercial analytics (FMCG preferred)
-
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
-
Ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales
