Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi (Intercity travel as required)
Timing: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Commission

Role Overview
This is not a typical sales role. As our Business Development Lead, you will act as a key growth driver, managing both B2B and B2C pipelines, forging strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into measurable revenue. You will own client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue outcomes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business across B2B and B2C markets
  • Identify and convert high-potential opportunities into long-term clients
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and intercity travel to secure deals
  • Track performance against sales KPIs and revenue targets
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business expansion initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Confident communicator with executive presence
  • Target-driven with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable with travel as needed
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-focused
