Business Development & Lead Generation Executive – Algo Trading Solutions

We are PSI Square Private Limited, a leading company specializing in algorithmic trading solutions (MT4, MT5, NinjaTrader, trade copiers). Over the past 8 years, we have completed 2,500+ custom projects for global clients.

We are expanding our team to reach professional traders and trading firms consistently.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive graduate to join as a Business Development / Lead Generation Assistant. You will be responsible for finding potential clients, conducting outreach, and managing follow-ups.

We provide guidance and structured tools, but you will be expected to take initiative, manage your workflow, and maintain professional communication.

This is not just a posting job — your work directly impacts the business pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients (professional traders, signal providers, prop firm traders)
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other professional channels
• Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups consistently
• Assist in minor testing of trading strategies or supporting tasks occasionally
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English — communication is critical
• Smart, motivated, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable learning new tools and following structured guidance
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Bonus: prior exposure to cold email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or sales research
