Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management within the construction or related sectors. You will be working in U.S. timings while handling business for our Gulf-region operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities in the Gulf construction market.
• Identify new clients, partners, and projects to drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in construction or allied industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in U.S. business hours (Night shift, Lahore office).
• Strong understanding of Gulf market dynamics will be a plus.
