Business Development Manager

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom visits and vehicle sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, including fleet sales and partnerships
  • Manage online leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Represent the showroom at promotional events and networking functions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience
  • Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles and financing options is an advantage
  • Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
