Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts for our Household Division in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across retail and B2B channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE market and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the household product portfolio across retail, wholesale, and institutional clients.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure alignment and execution of growth plans.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, partnership models, and ROI projections to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or strategic sales, preferably in household products, consumer goods, or FMCG.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Dubai and UAE retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
