Business Development Manager

5+ years’ Experience as a Business Development Manager in Engineering Consultancy firm.

Experience with CLIENTELE database in ABU DHABI Emirates only.

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and achieve company objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
