Position Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships across the Orlando market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in sales who want to advance their business-to-business development skills in a high-impact, growth-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, networking with decision-makers, and representing Envirowaste with professionalism and energy.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with commercial and municipal clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups

  • Present customized solutions and services to meet client needs

  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and market expansion

  • Represent Envirowaste at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in business-to-business or service-based industries

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong motivation to succeed with a proactive, go-getter mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Comfortable engaging directly with business leaders and decision-makers

  • Coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow into greater responsibility

  • Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
