Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify potential clients, partners, and new markets for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents, and institutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Manage and guide local agents or channel partners to ensure sales performance.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at events, fairs, and conferences to promote services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and client servicing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
